Pierre Bäcknäs has a diverse work experience in the field of test and certification. Pierre started their career as a Test Engineer at Kongsberg Automotive in 1999 and progressed to become the Manager of the MU Test Center Driveline Systems. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Validation Engineer at the same company.
In 2016, Pierre joined ROL Ergo AB as a Test Manager, responsible for the development of test and certification efforts. Pierre later took on the role of Test & Certification Lead, where they acted as both the Test Manager and Prototype Manager. Currently, Pierre holds the position of Head of Global Test & Certification at ROL Ergo AB.
Pierre Bäcknäs completed their education in 2005, obtaining a bachelor's degree in economics from Jönköping University.
