Baptiste Schwob

Baptiste Schwob has over 20 years of experience in the luxury watch industry, currently serving as the Head of Quality & New Products at ROLEX since November 2003. Throughout tenure at ROLEX, Baptiste has held multiple key positions, including PMO Leader for Industrialisation, Industrialisation Manager, New Products Program Manager, Senior Project Manager for New Products, and Project Manager for New Products. Prior to ROLEX, Baptiste served as a flow analyst at Tag Heuer for a brief period in 2002-2003. Baptiste also contributed to the EPFL Alumni section Genève as Président from June 2010 to June 2013. Baptiste holds a Master’s degree in Micro Engineering from EPFL, completed between 1997 and 2003.
