Fabio Appendino

Fabio Appendino is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as a Partner at Rolim Goulart Cardoso since 2005. As a co-founder and active member of IDSA - Instituto de Direito Societário Aplicado, Fabio has contributed significantly to the field. Academic roles include professorships in Corporate Law at CEDIN and PUC Minas, and leadership as Co-head of the Corporate Law Committee at CESA.
