Cari Weir

Cari Weir is a seasoned professional in the commercial window coverings industry, currently serving as the Strategic Sales Manager for the Midwest region at Roll-A-Shade since October 2019. With a solid background in business development, marketing, and account management, Cari has held various positions within Roll-A-Shade, including Business Development Manager and National Account Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Automated Motorized Shades, where expertise in motorization and integration was developed, and as a Senior Leasing Agent at The Avenue at Lubbock. Cari holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Texas Tech University, earned in 2014.
