Dima Malenko

Dima Malenko has a long and varied work experience. Dima began their career in 2001 as a Developer at P.E.T. Corp, where they developed a gateway and gatekeeper based on open-source H. 323 software for a local VoIP startup. In 2002, they moved on to ISD as a Software Developer, where they worked on a major client/server application for medical laboratories. In 2004, they joined ITG Ukraine as a Team Lead, leading a team responsible for developing a bunch of .NET applications. From 2006 to 2019, they worked at SoftServe, starting as a Business Analyst and eventually becoming a Business Unit Manager. Dima then moved on to Points as a Founder in 2019 and currently works as a Software Engineer at Facebook since 2020.

Dima Malenko received a Master's degree in Computer Science from Dnipropetrovs'k National University between 1999 and 2004. Afterward, they obtained various certifications from various institutions, including the Scrum Alliance, OMG, and Microsoft. These certifications include Certified Scrum Product Owner (2010), Certified UML Professional (2006), Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (Web and Windows) (2006), Managing, Organizing, and Delivering IT Projects by Using Microsoft Solutions Framework 3.0 (2004), and Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (2003).
