Thaddeus Litwiller is an experienced culinary and creative professional with a diverse background. Currently serving as the Salad, Pizza, and Breakfast Chef at Rolling Hills Country Club in Rolling Hills Estates, California since November 2017, Thaddeus also holds the position of Saucier at Margeaux and Linda's Vegan Kitchen since February 2017. As the owner, writer, and illustrator at ThadLitwiller LLC since August 2009, Thaddeus manages the production of custom artworks from concept to export. Prior work experience includes a cook position at Harborview Medical Center from May 2014 to February 2017 and a production designer role at KJHK. Thaddeus also gained experience as a Concept Designer for costumes, set pieces, and practical special effects at Oldfather Studios during the freelance period from January 2005 to August 2007. Thaddeus holds a Bachelor of General Studies in Film/Video and Photographic Arts from The University of Kansas, completed in 2008.
