Michael Wasef

Michael Wasef is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing and securing technology infrastructures across multiple organizations. Currently serving as NSAII at LA County since September 2021, Michael previously held the position of Information Technology Manager at Rolling Hills Preparatory and Renaissance Schools from November 2018 to September 2021, and Director of IT at MedMen from March 2016 to October 2018. Notable achievements include building a secure infrastructure with various technologies, establishing disaster recovery plans, managing a substantial multi-million dollar technology budget, and overseeing IT compliance. Michael also has a solid academic foundation with a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Cairo University, completed in 2010.
