Santiago Ortega

Santiago Ortega has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with 15 years in roles as Estimator and Project Manager. Currently, Santiago serves as a Project Manager at Rolling Plains Construction, a position held since August 2019. Prior experience includes roles at Custom Spray Systems, Inc. and Cen-Cal Plastering / Mid Valley Masonry, where project estimating was a key responsibility. Santiago began their career as a laborer, advancing through the ranks while also obtaining an Associate's Degree in Computer Design and Drafting (CAD) from ITT Technical Institute-Lathrop.
