Chelsea Hilend

Chelsea Hilend has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Chelsea started their career as the Business Manager at Aerial Angels from 2008 to 2011. Chelsea then worked as the Associate Director of Outreach and Prevention at The Grove Counseling Center from 2011 to 2014, where they led a team and developed and executed marketing strategies. From 2011 onwards, Chelsea also joined SAK Comedy Lab as an Ensemble member, performing in improvisational theatre shows and conducting workshops. Since 2014, they have been working at Rollins College as the Associate Director of Theatre, Communications, and Operations, where they are responsible for marketing and public relations strategies and event operations.

Chelsea Hilend earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts - Performance from Rollins College. Chelsea further pursued their education at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree between 2015 and 2017.
