Wendy Mars

Wendy Mars is a seasoned technology and business professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Rolls-Royce since December 2021, Wendy chairs the Safety, Energy Transition & Tech Committee and participates in various governance committees. Prior to this, Wendy held several significant positions at Cisco from January 2008 to September 2023, including President of EMEA and Senior Director of Data Centre & Virtualisation. Wendy's earlier career included roles as Chief Technology Officer at ThruPoint and a Technologist at Morgan Stanley. Wendy holds a BEng(H) in Electronic Engineering from the University of York and an MSc in Operational Research from Lancaster University.
