Katy Kirouac has held various roles in the banking industry, starting as a Commercial Banking Specialist at Avidia Bank from April 2011 to November 2018. Currently, at Rollstone Bank & Trust since February 2019, Katy serves as the Assistant Branch Manager. Additionally, Katy holds the position of Contact Center Manager & Retail Operations Officer since April 2021, where Katy also serves as the Customer Contact Center Manager, Retail Operations & Efficiencies Specialist, and Retail Controls & Efficiencies Specialist.
