Ciprian Necula

Ciprian Necula serves as the Chairman of the Roma Education Fund Foundation since April 2020 and as an Associate Professor at Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) since October 2015, focusing on Romani Studies and Gender, Minorities, and Politics. With experience as a Managing Partner at KCMC, Necula also held the position of Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Central European University from June 2017 to September 2022 and worked as a consultant and researcher for the World Bank Group Family Network from March 2016 to September 2022. Previously, Necula served as State Secretary at the Romanian Government's Ministry of EU Funds between May 2015 and December 2016. Necula obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Sociology from SNSPA from 2010 to 2014.
