Paul Koester

Paul Koester, MSP, currently serves as the Business Manager at Bishop McDevitt High School, starting in February 2024. With extensive experience in financial management and operations across various organizations, Koester's roles have included Deacon for the Archdiocese of Washington, Financial Management Analyst for the US Navy, and Program Management Specialist for the United States Air Force. Previous positions encompass Chief of the Accounting Department at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital and Director of civilian programs at GINIA, focusing on integration into corporate management. As Comptroller for the 171 Air Refueling Wing, Koester managed a finance team and a substantial annual budget. With nearly three decades of military and government service, Koester's expertise spans quality assurance, contracting, logistics, auditing, finance, and disaster management. Education includes a Master of Science in Professional Studies from Divine Mercy University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Wilmington University.
