Debbie Dicarlo

Debbie DiCarlo serves as the Executive Director of the Office of Mission Advancement for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix since May 2023. Previously, Debbie held the position of CEO at Cancer Support Community Arizona from August 2016 to June 2023, where Debbie led initiatives to promote diversity and community outreach. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Business Rotational Leader at Allstate, Director of Parish and Community Engagement at Catholic Charities Community Services, and Director of Community Outreach at the Diocese of Phoenix. Debbie's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Theological Pastoral Studies from Loyola University New Orleans, a Master's Degree in Counseling from California State University Dominguez Hills, and a Bachelor's Degree in English and History from Loyola Marymount University.
