Shaliz Sadig Romano

Shaliz Sadig Romano is a highly experienced legal professional and founding member of Chief, a private network aimed at promoting women into leadership roles. Since October 2019, Shaliz has contributed to empowering senior women leaders as part of this unique organization. In addition to this role, Shaliz has co-managed Romano Law PLLC since February 2009, focusing on corporate structuring, contract negotiation, and legal counsel for business transactions. Prior experience includes positions as a senior associate attorney and law clerk in various law firms, where responsibilities encompassed drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing advice on a range of legal issues. Shaliz holds a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, complemented by studies at Université Paris-Sorbonne.
