Michael Passella

Michael Passella has extensive experience in the legal field, holding various roles throughout their career. Michael most recently served as the Vice President and General Counsel at Romanoff Group since June 2019. Prior to that, they worked as Of Counsel at McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC starting in June 2016. Michael Passella earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Ohio University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Michael later attended Capital University Law School, from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a focus on Law.
