Mark Rowan

Mark Rowan, CHCIO, SSBB, CDH-E, currently serves as the Vice President of Information Technology and CIO at GPO Federal Credit Union since January 2024. Prior to this role, Mark Rowan has extensive experience in information technology and security, including a long tenure at Rome Health, where responsibilities included CISO, formerly CTO, and VP of Information Technology with concurrent duties as CIO. Mark Rowan also held the position of Director of Operations at Pomco Inc, overseeing IT functions for multiple sites, and served as CSO / IT Director at Faxton St. Luke's Healthcare, managing IT operations for a large community hospital network. Mark Rowan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University at Albany.
