Monika Schlawinsky

Monika Schlawinsky has over 35 years of work experience, beginning in 1983 as an Office Manager at Kocks Consultants. Monika then moved to STC Components as a Sales Associate in 1985. In 1987, they began working as an Executive Assistant at Matuschka Group. In 1989, they became an Office Manager, Chief of Staff, and Founding Employee US Operations at TVM Capital. From 2012-2014, they were a Senior Executive Administrative Partner to the General Partner at Longwood Fund and to the Start-Up CEO and Founder at Flex Pharma. During this time, they were also a Consultant for the BioPharma Executive Council and Boston Biotech Conferences. From 2017-2020, they worked at Medday Pharmaceuticals as a Manager, Administrative and Operations Coordinator, North America, where they were responsible for Human Resources, Office Management, and Medical Affairs. Currently, they are the Executive Assistant to the CEO at ROME Therapeutics.

Monika Schlawinsky has attended three educational institutions. Monika has studied Academic Writing at the Harvard Extension School, Foreign Languages and Literatures, General at IDI, Private College in Stuttgart, Germany, and obtained a degree in Business Administration from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom.
