Lacey Hayes

Lacey Hayes is a seasoned professional in the entertainment industry with experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Talent Buyer at Romeo Entertainment Group since April 2021, Lacey previously held the position of Executive Assistant at Neste Live!, where comprehensive event production and booking services were provided. Prior roles include Color and Skin Consultant at SEPHORA, where Lacey excelled in sales and customer service, and Operations Manager/Lead Producer/Travel and Lodging Coordinator at RWS and Associates Entertainment Group, recognized for its Emmy-winning productions. Lacey also contributed as a Logistics Manager at Gilley's Dallas Entertainment Complex and gained initial experience as an intern at the Lucille Lortel Theatre Foundation. Lacey holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Southeast Missouri State University and has coursework in Music Business from Belmont University.
