Michelle Bourdage

Michelle Bourdage has extensive experience in financial leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as CFO at Romeo RIM since January 2016, Michelle oversees financial and IT activities while being a key member of the executive team. Prior experience includes serving as CFO at Dokka Fasteners, where Michelle led financial activities and developed a high-performance accounting team, and as Controller at Revstone LLC and Tweddle Group, managing financial activities and reporting. Michelle's career began at Amphenol, where responsibilities included managing finance and IT teams to support global expansion. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Walsh College.
