Lindsay Lueck

Lindsay Lueck, CHRL, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Romet Limited since September 2014, acting as a strategic partner on the executive leadership team and responsible for aligning HR initiatives with the company's growth and vision. Previously, Lindsay held the position of National Human Resources Manager for Canada at Sims Lifecycle Services, where significant contributions included scaling the company and managing HR initiatives during periods of growth and acquisitions. Earlier roles in human resources include positions at Ecolab and CPI Plastics Group, alongside foundational experience as an HR Coordinator and Administrator. Educational credentials include a degree in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College and Humber College, complemented by CHRL and CHRP designations from HRPA.
