Katharina Winter

Katharina Winter is a seasoned digital marketing professional currently serving as the Digital Marketing Manager at Rommelag since April 2023. Previously, Katharina held multiple roles at STIHL, including Masterandin und Werkstudentin im Personal- & Hochschulmarketing, where responsibilities spanned personal marketing and university marketing from March 2021 to February 2023. Prior to that, Katharina contributed to VARTA AG by developing an onboarding concept during a Bachelorthesis and gained valuable experience as a Werkstudentin in HR. Early career experiences at ZEISS Group included positions as a Werkstudentin and an intern in employer branding. Katharina holds a Master of Arts in Mittelstandsmanagement and a Bachelor of Arts in BWL KMU from Aalen University, completed between 2017 and 2023.
