Peter Oelbaum

Peter Oelbaum is an experienced professional in the real estate and investment sectors, currently serving as Managing Partner and Vice President at Romspen Investment Corporation since January 2012. Prior to this role, Peter held the position of Principal at ReVest Inc. and Ronan Investments Inc. Peter managed the development and redevelopment of stressed and distressed real estate for various sectors during those tenures. Additionally, Peter was the Owner of Li'l Niblets & Baby Sprouts Inc. from January 2005 until its sale in October 2008, and served as Vice President of North American Operations at Sparkice.com, focusing on B2B eCommerce from January 1998 to December 2004.
