Vince Berry

Vince Berry serves as Counsel at Romspen Investment Corporation since 2014, contributing to a significant non-bank mortgage lender with a public mortgage fund exceeding $1.6 billion in loans across Canada and the US. Prior to this role, Vince was Vice President, Legal Counsel at OneREIT from 2010 to 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing legal activities and supporting growth strategies for a diversified portfolio of retail properties. Vince's experience also encompasses positions as Senior Associate at Torkin Manes LLP, Vice President Lending at Capmark, and Senior Associate at Lang Michener LLP, specializing in commercial real estate and lending services. Vince holds an LLB, Cum Laude from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Honours from St. Francis Xavier University, and is called to the Bar by the Law Society of Upper Canada.
