Justin Howells

Justin Howells is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in HR management, staffing, and employee development. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Ron Wilson Center since July 2018, Justin oversees the human resources department. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Oregon Blind and Window and several management positions at Aerotek and ManpowerGroup, where responsibilities included staffing, project management, and supervisory duties. Justin began their career in sales management at Sprint. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources from Southern Oregon University.
