Tim Gaubatz

Tim Gaubatz has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Tim is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Ronald McDonald House Charities, where they oversee all financial aspects of the organization. Prior to this, they worked as the Finance Director and Business Office Manager at Alexander Dawson School, where they managed day-to-day financial operations and led a significant improvement project. Tim also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Krause and Associates Consulting, where they developed budgeting and forecasting systems for a telecommunications client and managed financial analyst functions. Earlier in their career, they held roles as the Finance Director at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh College of Business, where they achieved fiscal objectives and provided supervision and training to a team of administrative staff. Tim also served as the Athletic Department Financial Director, overseeing reporting processes and providing leadership to staff. Additionally, Tim has experience as an Assistant Men's Basketball coach. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong financial expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to achieving organizational goals.
