Don Shapiro

Don Shapiro has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Don served as the Vice President of Food and Beverage at Trade Center Management Associates/ Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center from 2000 onwards. In this role, they oversaw the financial performance of all food and beverage operations and successfully executed large-scale events. Don was also responsible for leading a team of 350 employees and collaborating with other department heads to maximize operational efficiency. Prior to this, Shapiro was the General Manager at Sutton Place Gourmet, where they managed the operation and financial performance of the store and its subsidiary. Don also served as the Director of Food and Beverage at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from 1992 to 1998.

Don Shapiro attended the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. The start and end years of their enrollment are not provided.
