Jennifer Cashman

Jennifer Cashman has over 20 years of experience in advising and guiding clients on all aspects of employment law. Jennifer started their career at A&L Goodbody in 1999 as an Associate and worked there until 2002. In the same year, they joined RDJ LLP (formerly known as Ronan Daly Jermyn) as a Partner, specializing in Employment and Industrial Relations. Currently, they are the Partner and Head of Employment at RDJ LLP, where they provide strategic business advice and practical solutions to clients in various sectors, including technology, pharmaceutical, and medical devices.

Jennifer Cashman attended St Angela's College, Cork from 1977 to 1990, where they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. Jennifer then went on to study at University College Cork from 1990 to 1994, earning a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) degree and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in the field of Law. Finally, they pursued a Diploma in Employment Law at University College Dublin from 1999 to 2000, focusing on the area of Employment Law.
