Stephanie Maynard is Roncelli’s human resource manager. In her role, Stephanie develops and inspires the team with her positive, strategic and empathetic leadership approach. She prides herself on building relationships and transparency with team members and enjoys collaborating with others that aid her efforts to continuously improve approaches within the organization. Stephanie believes that relationship building and communication are important factors when connecting teams with management. Some of Stephanie’s primary focuses are employee engagement, talent acquisition, employee development, and strategic planning.
Stephanie is a member of HR Unite Community and other community organizations. She holds a master’s degree in management with a specialization in human resource management and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on management and a minor in marketing.
