David Nelson

David Nelson is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in thermal engineering and materials. Currently serving as Vice President of Thermal Engineering and Materials at Rondo Energy, David has previously held prominent positions at Tesla, including Senior Manager of Materials Applications Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager roles in both Drive Systems Engineering and Motor Mechanical Design and Test. Prior experience includes a position as Mechanical Engineer at Apple and various engineering roles at Tesla Motors, such as Engineering Manager and Thermal Design Engineer. David also worked as a Senior Engineering Analyst at Transonic Combustion, Inc.
