Kaedon Grinnell

Kaedon Grinnell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and social services. Currently serving as Chief Program Officer at Roof Above since October 2021, Kaedon previously held multiple leadership roles at Project Renewal from November 2010 to October 2021, including Vice President of Programming and Shelter Director. Kaedon began a career in social services as a Case Manager for Transitional Housing and advanced to Director of Social Services for the Men's Shelter. Kaedon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law Studies from Amherst College and a high school diploma from Deerfield Academy.
