Joe Sciba

Joe Sciba has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Crane Operator at Aveda Transportation and Energy Services from August 2010 to July 2012. Joe then worked as a Crane Operator at Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals from September 2012 to July 2015. In 2015, they joined RRCA as a Project Manager. Joe later became the Director of Commercial Operations at RRCA starting in May 2017. In addition, Joe founded their own company called Sciba Construction in 2016, where they served as the Owner until March 2021. At Sciba Construction, they managed all aspects of the business including marketing, operations, customer acquisition, project estimation, and planning.

Joe Sciba attended Austin Community College from 2009 to 2011, where they studied Project Management. In addition to their formal education, they hold several certifications including Worthouse metal roofing, Certified Crane Operator, Commercial Flat roofing, and Master shingle applicator.
