Gladys Abarza

Gladys Abarza has extensive work experience in the field of email and project management. Gladys started their career at Jafra Cosmetics in 1995 as a Customer Relationships Supervisor and worked there until 2012. In 2014, they joined Pioneer Infotech as a Customer Success Manager and stayed with the company until 2017. From 2017 to present, they have been working at Rooftop Digital, initially as a Mailing Support Manager, then as a Project Manager for Email Operations, followed by a promotion to Senior Email Project Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Email Account Manager at Rooftop Digital.

Gladys Abarza attended Royal High School from 1991 to 1994. Gladys did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study during their time there. In 2015, they obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot.
