Paul Bo-Jiun Hsu has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to 2021. In 2012, they were a Senior Manager at Alchemy Technology Co., LTD., where they specialized in brainwave algorithms such as meditation, concentration, fatigue, and personality. In 2013, they became the COO of Harvest Education Co., LTD., where they developed a series of training programs to help ADHD kids with neuro-feedback method. In 2015, they were a Project Manager at the Institute for Information Industry, where they developed a new messaging interaction technology that allowed users to instantly look-up words or names, and also raised TV views by 40% for a client through an in-app conversational advertising model. In 2016, they became the Co-Founder & CEO of Rooit Inc., an AI Social Chat company, where they acquired over 1M+ users without any marketing. Finally, in 2021 they became a Startup Mentor at Accomdemy.
