Gratiano Yeung has a diverse work experience in the customer service field. Gratiano began their career at CPP Group in 2004 as the Head of Service, Asia Pacific, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they joined DirectAsia Insurance as the Head, Group Customer Care, and remained with the company until 2015. In 2015, Gratiano joined Roojai as the Head of Contact Centre, a role they held until 2019. From 2019 to 2023, they served as the Chief Customer Officer at Roojai, and later transitioned to the position of Group Chief Customer Officer in 2023. Throughout their career, Gratiano has demonstrated their expertise and leadership in customer service roles.
Gratiano Yeung holds a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Finance from City University of Hong Kong. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications over the years. In 2012, Gratiano obtained the COPC® High Performance Management Techniques certification from COPC Inc. In 2013, they received the ISO10002:2004 Customer Satisfaction - Guidelines for Complaints Handling - Understanding & Application certification from HKQAA, as well as the COPC® CSP Registered Coordinator certification from COPC Inc. In 2019, they obtained the ISO 10002:2018 Quality Management - Customer Satisfaction Certification - Documented Information from SGS. The following year, they acquired the ISO 10002:2018 Quality Management - Customer Satisfaction Certification - Internal Audit, also from SGS. Most recently, in 2021, Gratiano received the Certification of ISO10002:2018 on The Provision of Customer and Claim Services for Non-Life Insurance Products from SGS.
