Amy O'Connor

Amy O'Connor is the Director of Human Resources at Rookwood Pottery since January 2019. In addition to this role, Amy has been an Independent Agent for AFLAC since August 2013, focusing on helping families in critical situations. Prior experience includes serving as a Surgical Technologist at Kettering Medical Center and Dayton Children's Medical Center, where Amy was involved in various surgical teams. Previous roles also include Finance/Operations Manager at Amtel Directories and Controller at White’s Ford Mercury. Amy began their career as an Account Executive at Betz Industrial. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Eastern Kentucky University, attained between 1985 and 1990.
