Noy Sharoni

Noy Sharoni has a diverse work experience spanning several years. They began their career as a Personal Affairs Soldier in the Israeli military, where they provided support and motivation to soldiers, and worked closely with senior ranks.

After completing their military service, Noy served as an Administrative Manager at Shmerling Synchro Energy, where they developed strategies to enhance the projects department and coordinated activities in the field. They also managed relationships with government agencies, suppliers, and outsourced freelancers.

Noy then transitioned to W Spaces - Work & Socialize, where they worked as a Site Manager. In this role, they maintained a clean and visually appealing office space, provided exceptional customer service, and organized events for clients.

Currently, Noy works as a Community Manager at ROOMS by Fattal. Their responsibilities include managing inquiries from various stakeholders, overseeing the community budget, and maintaining the overall environment for customers and visitors.

Noy Sharoni pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from the College of Management. This educational journey took place from 2018 to 2021.
