Koen Jansen

Koen Jansen has extensive experience in plan development and legal consultancy within the real estate sector. Currently serving as a bedrijfsadviseur planontwikkeling en contracten at Roosdom Tijhuis since December 2005, responsibilities include acquiring development locations and providing legal advice, including drafting purchase agreements and assessing notarial deeds.
