Yurii Sachenok

Yurii Sachenok is a finance professional with extensive experience in investment and corporate finance. Currently serving as Principal at Roosh since March 2022, Yurii focuses on deal flow and execution, having previously held the title of Associate where the emphasis was on investments in technology companies and AI/ML projects. At 4A Games from January 2021 to February 2022, Yurii managed finance and investor relations. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate position at Soul Partners, specializing in M&A and DCM projects across various industries, where Yurii notably closed a $20M equity deal with a global strategic player. As an Associate at Concorde Capital from July 2015 to February 2018, Yurii executed significant debt attraction, restructuring, and M&A transactions. Yurii holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Kyiv National Economics University, completed in 2015.
