Rishi Yadav

Rishi Yadav is the Co-Founder and CEO of Roost AI. Rishi has extensive experience in the field of algorithms and analytics, having worked with Netflix DVD business unit and InfoObjects Inc. In 2008, they joined Netflix as part of the Algorithms and Analytics team. Rishi was responsible for predicting the number of copies of DVDs needed to be pulled out for a given movie title, based on trending data as well as seasonable factors. Rishi Yadav prevented an outage due to wrong media insertion in an upstream system.

After leaving Netflix, Yadav worked as a Payment Integration Consultant for Wells Fargo from October 2004 to September 2007. Rishi was involved in various projects like integrating credit cards, HELOCs and various other forms of payment. In January 2003, they joined Cisco Systems as a Performance Optimization Consultant.

From July 2001 to December 2002, Yadav worked as Enterprise Data Integration Lead for Fiorano Software Inc. Rishi then worked as Senior Software Engineer for Sentica Inc from July 2000 to June 2001. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant for Hewlett Packard (HP) from February 2000 to June 2000.

Rishi Yadav is an engineer who graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi with a Bachelor of Technology degree. Rishi is certified from Amazon Web Services in AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cloudera in Cloudera certified Hadoop Developer, and Databricks in Spark Certified Developer.
