Trusha R. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Trusha began their career as a Buyer's Admin Assistant at John Lewis in 2003. Trusha then moved on to work as an Accessories and Kidswear Buyer & Junior Ladieswear Buyer at French Connection from 2004 to 2009. Following that, Trusha worked as a Female Apparel Buyer at Diesel in 2009, where they were responsible for selecting a product range and managing a small team.
From 2012 to 2014, Trusha served as a Guest Lecturer at both the London College of Fashion and the University of Westminster. During this time, they shared their expertise with students in the field.
Trusha then transitioned into the field of social media, working as a Social Media Consultant for various clients from 2014 to 2019. In this role, they provided strategic guidance and support for social media campaigns.
In 2016, Trusha joined Mothercare as a Content, Social Media and Communications Manager. Trusha was responsible for developing and implementing the global Social Media Strategy for Mothercare and sub-brands. Trusha also managed influencer strategies and relationships with brand ambassadors.
From 2019 to 2023, Trusha worked at No7 Beauty Company as a Global Creative Content Manager. In this role, they were the brand guardian for Soap & Glory and led the global marketing campaign and creative content plan. Trusha also managed relationships with creative agencies and oversaw visual and written content development.
Most recently, Trusha joined NatWest Rooster Money in 2023 as a Content Manager.
Trusha R. pursued their education from 1992 to 1998 at Heathfield School. After completing their schooling, they attended Oaklands College from 1998 to 2000. During this time, Trusha did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Finally, they enrolled in the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management.
