Jason Chute

Jason Chute is a seasoned real estate and property management professional with extensive experience in developing and managing residential properties. Since January 2014, Jason has served as Partner and Head of Development at RoostUp, focusing on co-living solutions in Boston. Jason is also the Managing Owner of Perch Living, LLC, and 3 Pearl, LLC, where Jason oversees property management and student housing options. Additional roles include Managing Owner at Yeaton Flats, LLC, and a past Home Buyer at SwiftSell, LLC, where Jason facilitated real estate investments. Previously, Jason directed operations for StudentCity.com and managed retail banks at Citizens Bank and First & Ocean National Bank. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Ithaca College and an MBA in Global Business from Southern New Hampshire University.
