As a Credit Analyst for Root Capital, Tatiana supports the Lending team by evaluating incoming requests for financing and monitoring lines of credit over the lifecycle of loans across the company's portfolio in Mexico and Central America. She's grateful to be at Root Capital where she can contribute my own grain of sand to the mountain of work that needs to be done to make the world a better place. She has worked across financial institutions throughout her career and these skills help me to be a better ally to agricultural businesses in rural communities. My degree is Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Science and Arts in Costa Rica.
