Jocelyn Weigel has over a decade of experience in customer experience and operations within the retail and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience and Fulfillment at Rootine since April 2019, Jocelyn previously held the position of Ecommerce Operations and Client Service Manager at BLDWN from July 2017 to April 2019. Earlier in the career, Jocelyn worked at Warby Parker as both Customer Experience Lead and Customer Experience Advisor from October 2014 to July 2017, and at The Buckle, Inc. as Visual Merchandise Manager from July 2011 to September 2014. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel and Textiles from Kansas State University, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
