Jun (Jimmy) Wang

Jun (Jimmy) Wang has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Jun (Jimmy) began as a part-time editor for Beijing Education Press in 2004, and then moved to The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine as a Visiting Researcher in 2009. From 2011 to 2019, they were an Associate Research Scientist in Immunobiology and a Postdoc Associate at Yale University School of Medicine. In 2019, they began their current roles as an Assistant Professor at New York University, Scientific Advisory Board/ Scientific Co-founder at RootPath, and Founding Member at BioSpark Group.

Jun (Jimmy) Wang received their Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering from Nanjing Tech University in 2004. Jun (Jimmy) then went on to the Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, where they received their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Immunology in 2011. Jun (Jimmy) also holds a certification in R languange from Coursera.
