Moses Logan

Moses Logan is a dedicated health professional with extensive experience in community health and patient advocacy. Currently working as a Health Navigator at Roots Community Health Center since October 2022, Moses serves as both a clinical resource and a referral source. Previous roles include Peer Case Manager at WestCoast Children's Clinic, where responsibilities involved coordinating patient care and advocating for insurance coverage and financial assistance, as well as Group Home Counselor at The Refuge Inc., providing support to residents in developing independent living skills.
