Vanessa Reeves

Vanessa Reeves is a dedicated health professional with extensive experience in clinical program coordination and community health education. Currently serving as a Senior Clinical Program Coordinator at Roots Community Health Center, Vanessa coordinates programs focused on Substance Use Disorder and Diabetes Management, while also contributing to public health initiatives for vulnerable BIPOC communities. Previous roles include conducting research on food-access disparities at San Jose State University, where Vanessa also served as a teaching assistant and program coordinator for health education workshops. Additional experience encompasses project management and marketing within health organizations, as well as customer service leadership positions in retail environments. Vanessa holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from San Jose State University, complemented by minors in Spanish and Business.
