Kaleb Honsberger

Kaleb Honsberger is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He joined Roots in 2016 with more than a decade of experience in securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial law. Before joining Roots, Kaleb served as a director of legal at Walmart Canada focused on retail-based commercial and competition law. He was previously in private practice at the law firms White & Case LLP in New York and Stikeman Elliott LLP in Toronto. Kaleb holds an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, and a J.D. from the Cornell Law School. He is a member of the bars of New York and Ontario.
