Bruce Willman

Bruce Willman has gained extensive work experience over the years. Bruce started their career as a Financial Analyst at Olsten in 1993. In 1996, they joined IPC Systems, Inc. where they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst for two years. Bruce then moved to Mercer Inc - Health & Benefits Division in 1996 as a Finance Director, ultimately serving as the Global Finance Director from 2009 to 2011. Following this, they joined Henry Schein in 2011 as the Director of International Finance. Since 2013, they have been with Ropes & Gray LLP, initially working as the Director of FP&A and Accounting. Bruce then held the position of Senior Director of Finance & Controller before becoming the Chief Financial Officer in February 2020.

Bruce Willman holds an MBA from LIU Post, which they completed between 1996 and 1998, with a concentration in Finance. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo, where they studied from 1989 to 1993.
