Jenna Sopanen

Jenna Sopanen is an experienced professional in human resources and administration, currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist and previously as a Human Resources Coordinator at Ropo since September 2019. Responsibilities include supporting employment lifecycle processes and payroll administration. Jenna has also held roles as an Administrative Assistant, where tasks involved workplace development, event coordination, employer branding, and communication management, as well as serving as an Office Safety Representative. Prior to Ropo, Jenna worked as a Travel Agent at Ykkösmatkat, focusing on organizing and selling group trips in Finland and Europe while managing website updates and customer service. Jenna is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at LAB University of Applied Sciences and holds a Bachelor of Health Care in Dental Hygiene from Savonia University of Applied Sciences, along with a vocational degree in Human Resources from Savon ammattiopisto and a matriculation examination from Kallaveden lukio.
